Tom stepped into real estate full time after 20 years of service as a Navy helicopter pilot, having served most recently as Commanding Officer of a Coronado-based squadron and as Navigator of a Coronado-based aircraft carrier. In addition to his extensive and successful military career, primarily spent deploying overseas on aircraft carriers, Tom brings a decade of real estate experience to the team - from buying a primary residence in Coronado to actively investing in Southern California real estate, he is well versed in residential and investment multifamily properties. Tom is most excited about helping to educate others on the benefits of homeownership and then helping them make it happen! Tom enjoys coaching his sons at Coronado Little League and currently serves as the President of Christ Church Day School's Board of Trustees.

Jason is a retired Naval Aviator who served 20 years on active duty before transitioning to a career as an airline pilot, flying long-haul routes from LAX across the Pacific. His passion for real estate grew during his family’s many duty station moves, where he and his wife purchased and managed rental properties along the way. Building on that experience, Jason recently earned his real estate license and is excited to begin his career in real estate with Cleared to Climb Realty. He has called Coronado home since 2014, where he lives with his wife, Kathy, their daughter Emily, sons Colby and Nathan and their beloved dog, Charlie.

Zoe is an active-duty helicopter pilot who cultivated an interest in real estate by buying and improving houses at each of her prior duty stations. Zoe’s interest in real estate turned into a passion, so she took the leap to get her license and work as a real estate professional. Zoe is excited to help you achieve your goals, whether you are seeking your dream home or an investment opportunity. Zoe lives in Clairemont with her husband, Tim, and dog, Jefferson.

Erica joined the team in February 2024 after relocating to Coronado from Dallas, Texas for her husband's aviation career. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Texas A&M University, she has an extensive background in administrative work, project management, and client logistics. In 2025, Erica earned her real estate license, further expanding her capabilities within the industry. She serves the team by managing all operations, coordinating transactions, and overseeing the day-to-day aspects of property management, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth operations for property owners. When she is not working, you can find her walking along the bay with her husband Arron and their dog Piper or cozied up on the couch with a good book.

Seth joined the team as Marketing & Communications Manager after spending over a decade in creative advertising. Originally hailing from the Midwest, Seth brings a breadth of expertise in visual media and communication strategy. He has experience with Fortune 500 companies, Out of Home Advertising, non profit organizations, and Medical Real Estate among others. He joins the team handling all marketing efforts and supporting Cleared to Climb’s visual identity. In his free time, Seth explores his other passions by playing guitar in a rock duo, performing improv comedy at local venues, and playing ice hockey.

With over five years in multifamily and commercial property operations, he has led large portfolios, optimized maintenance and billing systems, and driven cost-saving strategies through data analytics and process improvements. In previous roles, Farrukh improved administrative efficiency by 20%, maintained occupancy rates as high as 96%, and strengthened cross-department collaboration to support large service portfolios. Now serving as Director of Regional Property Management, he brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach, leveraging technology, leadership, and operational expertise to support scalable growth and long-term asset performance.
